Carrera Caravans

Carrera caravans manufacturing processes are meticulously executed to ensure our caravans comply with our high-quality standards. Prior to the handover of a Carrera Caravan to our customers two independent pre-deliveries are completed as part of our quality control procedures.

All electrical, plumbing and gas works are completed by certified electricians & plumbers and comply with Victorian codes and standards. Included with every caravan is an electrical, plumbing and gas certificate.

We only incorporate quality components from reputable brands with established warranty policies in our caravans. By utilising reliable components our aim is to ultimately minimise component related warranty claims for our customers in the future.

All of our caravans include a fully insulated meranti frame and are designed with corrugations and tough terrain taken into consideration. A one-piece fibreglass roof is beneficial for weight saving, it also allows for minimal roof joins. Marine Ply flooring protects the underside of the caravan from the elements ON and OFF-Road. The front, back and sides of our caravans include a combination of aluminium checker plate and 3mm thick aluminium composite panelling.
